Booking your stay - Reserve through our website to get the best prices and conditions. Do not pay commissions to platforms and book without intermediaries. We work with a state-of-the-art booking website. Pay securely with a credit card. Our prices are include tourists taxes, cleaning, linnen and towels and the beds are made for you. If you are traveling with a dog, we charge an additional cleaning fee of €30 per stay.
Recepcion service: We will send you a booking confirmation with a summary of your booking and our contact information. We are available every day by phone, email, or Whatsapp to answer any questions and help you prepare for your trip.
Easy online check-in: After booking, we ask you to register all guests online (before arrival) which required by law in Catalonia.
House guide: We provide a comprehensive house guide with information about the house, surroundings, and our services. It contains answers to almost all your questions.
Cleaning and linnen: Our cleaning and maintenance team at Els Majordoms ensures a spotless accommodation without any defects. Beds are made and towels, soap, and other basic necessities are provided for you. Cleaning, bedding, and towels are included in the price. If you need extra cleaning or an additional set of bedding, you can let us know before your stay.
Preparing for your arrival: We also ask for your expected arrival time so we can assist you remotely with any questions you have when you arrive. We are available by phone until 23:00 to guide you. If you want to check out later than 11:00, please let us know. We will try to adjust our cleaning schedule accordingly.
Your arrival: On the day of arrival, we will share the access code for the key safe so you can easily enter the house yourself.
During your stay: During your stay, we are available for questions and recommendations, so don't hesitate to send us a message or call. If any problems arise during your stay, such as a lack of hot water or electricity, we at Els Majordoms are ready to help you.
Check-out: On the night before departure, we will send you a message with check-out instructions so you can leave feeling rested and recharged.
